Agreement Database 2.0
Intro
ADB 2.0 is a comprehensive tool for MNOs/MVNOs that provides management and control over roaming partners agreements, including the management of complex group contracts.
Built-in analytics enable actual costs control for consumed traffic and decision-making on network prioritization in Steering Control to re-balance traffic.
The interface is designed to minimize roaming operations manual work. Interface includes intuitive actions for group contracts managements.
Group agreements can be converted into a flat structure for Excel or CSV export.
Batch operations with contracts allow duplication, changes or updates applied to a subset of contracts.
Dashboard
The main system object is the "View".
Each user can share the views and notifications that have been made for them with others.
All operations are logged and can be filtered in logs.
Contracts can be imported or the parameters of existing contracts can be changed by a user with administrator privileges.
The system supports .xls, .xlsx and .csv imports.
Creating a contract
When creating or editing a contract, the user enters the agreement data into a form divided into corresponding blocks.
The data goes through several stages of validation (analysis of date consistency, selection of codes, and other restrictions).
Viewing and editing contracts
For each view, the user selects necessary fields to display. Filtering and sorting can be applied to optimize the view.
Any visible data can be exported to Excel.
In the case when the contract is included in a group agreement, the inherited parameters of the parent contract are highlighted.
For convenience of presentation, contracts that are currently active are marked with a green mark, non-active ones with a gray, and group contracts with an orange.
The system also allows the user to bulk-update the selected contracts.
Setting up contract alerts
By setting one or more alerts, you will be notified of any events happening with the roaming contracts. Alerts can send an email with all the necessary information regarding a certain event.
Alerts for changes or the occurrence of certain events can be applied to all contracts in the view.
Managing users
System users management is LDAP compatible. User rights assignment is flexible and allows users to access to the relevant parts of the system based on job assignments and responsibilities.
Permission sets define database objects, UI elements, change and modify rights users have access to.
A permission set is a collection of rights for specific objects in the database. All users must be assigned one or more permission sets before they can access ADB 2.0. A number of essential permission sets are provided by default.
